From First Conversation to Final Handover

Whether you're planning a high-end renovation, custom home, outdoor extension or commercial fit-out, this system ensures your project is delivered on time, on budget, and built to last.

Step 1 - Enquiry & Discovery

Your journey starts with a quick enquiry via phone or on our website. This initial step allows us to gather basic information about you and your project and understand your needs.

Step 2 - Site Visit

We’ll meet with you in person to walk through your ideas and existing plans (if any) where we dive deeper into your goals, challenges, and how to bring it all together.

Step 3 - Design & Concept

Together with your chosen architect (or ours), we begin concept planning. This is also where we will hash out client selections and any cost saving insights

Step 4 - Transparent Fixed-Price Proposal

Based on final concept documents, we’ll prepare a detailed fixed-price proposal so you know exactly what’s included and what’s not — no grey areas, no surprises.

Step 5 - Contract Signing & Scheduling

Step 6 - Build & Communication

Construction begins! From day one, you’ll receive:                                                                                              

• Weekly progress updates
• Scheduled site meetings at key milestones
• Direct contact with your foreman and project manager

We only run one major build at a time, so your project is our focus.

Step 7 - Quality Assurance & Final Touches

As the project nears completion, we carry out our Quality Checklist, tidy the site, and prepare for handover. Any final fixes or touch-ups are completed proactively — not after you've moved in.
